Texts will be charged at £5 plus one message at your standard network rate. SMS service is being provided by a third party provider who pays 100% of the donation but invoices St John Ambulance for the appropriate amount.

If you have sent a text to make a £3 donation
Texts will be charged at £3 plus one message at your standard network rate; the charge will show on your bill and the sender will show as a five digit number, not St John Ambulance. A minimum of £2.94 will be donated to the charity once network providers have taken out their costs.
If you have sent a text to make a £4 donation
Texts will be charged at £4 plus one message at your standard network rate; the charge will show on your bill and the sender will show as a five digit number, not St John Ambulance. A minimum of £3.92 will be donated to the charity once network providers have taken out their costs.
If you have sent a text to make a £5 donation
Texts will be charged at £5 plus one message at your standard network rate; the charge will show on your bill and the sender will show as a five digit number, not St John Ambulance. A minimum of £4.90 will be donated to the charity once network providers have taken out their costs.

Texts will be charged at £10 plus one message at your standard network rate; the charge will show on your bill and the sender will show as a five digit number, not St John Ambulance. A minimum of £9.80 will be donated to the charity once network providers have taken out their costs.

By contacting us via text you consent to us getting in touch with you to request delivery details.
St John Ambulance will not be liable for delays or failures in receipt of any SMS messages, as delivery is subject to transmission from your network operator and processing by your mobile phone device.
This SMS service is being provided for St John Ambulance by a third party provider.
Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your mobile number, your carrier's name and the date, the time and content of your messages and other information that you may provide.
Data protection
Your data will be handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and will only be used to keep you informed about our fundraising, activities, events and services. We will not share your information with any third party organisations except where;
- such transfer is a necessary part of our activities, or
- we are required to do so by operation of law.
