Delivery options and shipping costs
Standard delivery
Subject to availability, your order will be delivered within five working days. Online orders over £150 (excluding VAT and delivery) receive free standard delivery. Our standard delivery charge is £4.95 ex. VAT (£5.94 inc. VAT) per order.
Next Day delivery
Delivery next working day is subject to a charge of £10.00 ex. VAT (£12.00 inc. VAT) per order which applies to all customers. Next day service is not available to some remote areas of the British Isles. Your order must be placed by 2pm for delivery on the following working day.
Next Day delivery by noon
Delivery next working day by 1200 hours throughout most of the UK mainland. The charge is £11.70 ex. VAT (£14.04 inc. VAT) per order. Your order must be placed by 2pm for delivery on the following working day.
Next Day delivery by 10am
Delivery next working day by 1000 hours throughout most of the UK mainland. The charge is £18.35 ex. VAT (£22.02 inc. VAT) per order. Your order must be placed by 2pm for delivery on the following working day.
Overseas - within EU
Delivery charges will be calculated on despatch.
Overseas - worldwide
Delivery charges will be calculated on despatch.
Please note:
- For all delivery options other than standard, your order must be placed by 2pm for delivery on the following day.
- Working day excludes Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.
- Delivery times are subject to the availability of goods. Please check the 'Delivery Information' section on the product page before placing your order.
Shipping to PO boxes
We do not deliver to Post Office boxes. Deliveries are by courier, therefore we need a full delivery address.
