The pathways
Throughout your time as an NHS Cadet, you’ll take part in range of activities to learn about different healthcare topics. Below you can find a breakdown of what to expect on each pathway, and track what you’ve already accomplished against your development portfolio. You can choose to complete these pathways in succession or independently, depending on which programmes are offered near you.
