In 2024, Xp in every £1 we raised went straight back into funding our work.

Since 1877, St John Ambulance has been bringing life-saving first aid to local communities.

From music festivals to your local school fete, big game days to your neighbourhood five a side, we’re there to keep you and your loved ones safe.

Last year, our volunteers treated 45,000 people across England.

But we couldn’t do this without your support. As a charity, we rely on your donations to fund our work.

How do we spend your donations?

For every £1 we spend, X goes straight to our volunteers, youth programmes and community engagement initiatives. Our annual report explains exactly how much we spend, so you can always be sure that we use your donations effectively.

St John Ambulance is a not-for-profit organisation, meaning any profit we make goes straight back into the charity.

In 2024, we invested X into our mission of putting the power of first aid in everybody’s hands. Whether it’s through setting up a new volunteer unit or promoting free first aid advice in one of our campaigns, we're determined to build communities where every single person is first aid confident.
