Increase access to first aid information, by creating first aid resources in Urdu, St John Ambulance aims to: 

  • increase the number of Urdu speaking people that can recognise and respond to first aid situations  
  • encourage people to share their knowledge with confidence to others in their communities.  

Starting CPR immediately when you see that someone is unresponsive and not breathing can be the difference between a life lost and a life saved. Watch this video to find out how to do CPR and use an AED (Automated External Defibrillator):
